If you have interest in one of our properties and would like to schedule a showing, please read the following information and we would be happy to provide you with a showing appointment.
IMPORTANT -
PLEASE REVIEW OUR RENTAL QUALIFICATION STANDARDS. WE USED THESE STANDARDS TO MAKE DECISIONS AS TO WHICH APPLICANT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR OUR RENTALS. WE DON'T MAKE EXCEPTIONS SO IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE QUALIFICATIONS PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR ANY OF OUR RENTALS. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR APPLICATION FEE IF YOU DON'T MEET THE STANDARDS. - CREDIT SCORE - 620 OR BETTER
- GROSS MONTHLY INCOME 3 TIMES THE RENT (EXAMPLE - $1,000 RENT - INCOME MUST BE $3,000 OR MORE PER MONTH)
- NO SMOKING
- NO EVICTIONS
- LEAD A RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL LIFE

We mainly show properties over the weekend or during the weeknights as this is when most prospective tenants are available. Please use the link below to schedule an appointment and we would be happy to meet you at the property for the showing. Because of demand showings are booked every 15 mins so please be sure to show up for your appointment on time.
